I thought IMFT was only the Lehi plant, and that the two other plants were under another Micron-Intel arrangement (which is subject to the new agreement).
It's a bit unclear. IMFT's site lists only the Utah plant. However, the press release (linked in the article) mentions the Virginia plant as part of IMFT. The Singapore fab is IM Flash Singapore (IMFS), though.
In the end, I think it's much simpler to refer to them as IMFT plants than start separating them.
