Memory prices continue to fall moderately this week due to the oversupply of modules. The largest price drops came from the 512MB PC2100 ECC DDR DIMM which fell $72 to $432. The 256MB PC2100 DDR module saw a $19 price drop this week and can now be found for $41. The PC800 RDRAM RIMM also fell notable in price to $131.
Prices in the non-DDR and RDRAM categories also saw some decent price reductions this week. The 256MB "PC150" CAS-3 DIMM fell $20 this week, to $40. The 256MB PC133 CAS-2 module fell to $35 this week, a $10 drop in price.
